Non-Refundable Deposit
All website development projects require a deposit prior to the commencement of work. This deposit is non-refundable. The deposit covers initial project costs, resource allocation, and planning, ensuring that we are able to schedule and begin your project promptly.
Project Cancellation by Client
If you decide to cancel your project after the work has begun but before completion:
- Early Stage Cancellation: Should you choose to cancel the project during the early stages, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any fees paid beyond the initial deposit. The amount of the refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
- Advanced Stage Cancellation: If cancellation occurs after significant progress has been made, you may be responsible for additional fees based on the scope of work completed. This determination will be made on a case-by-case basis and is dependent on the specific circumstances of the project.
No Refunds After Project Completion
Once a project is completed and delivered, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued. We ensure to work closely with our clients throughout the development process to align with their specifications and expectations.
Modifications and Adjustments
If adjustments or modifications are needed, please discuss these with us during the development phase. We are committed to your satisfaction and will endeavor to accommodate reasonable requests.
Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy will be determined at the sole discretion of Dark Matter UX management and only in extenuating circumstances.
