Introduction
Welcome to the Dark Matter UX Affiliate Program. This program is designed to allow you to earn commissions on sales referred to Dark Matter UX from your website, social media, or other channels. By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility and Enrollment
To become an affiliate, you must:
- Complete the affiliate application on our website.
- Be approved by Dark Matter UX. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
- Ensure your website and other promotional methods are in line with our values and do not contain misleading, illegal, or offensive content.
Commissions and Payments
- Affiliates will receive a commission for each sale made to a user clicking through the tracked affiliate link.
- The commission percentage is fixed at 40% per sale.
- Payments are made monthly, provided that the commission owed is above $100. If it is less, it will be carried over to the next month.
- All payments will be processed through PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp.
Affiliate Obligations
- You agree to use the Dark Matter UX marketing materials provided in your affiliate dashboard and ensure that they are current and accurate.
- You are not permitted to modify any banners, links, or other content provided by Dark Matter UX without prior written consent.
- Affiliates must not use the Dark Matter UX name or branding in a way that negatively affects the brand’s image.
Prohibited Activities
- No spamming or unsolicited promotions. All marketing should be ethical and transparent.
- No advertising on sites that contain or promote illegal activities.
- Affiliates must not create websites or use domains that mimic or misrepresent themselves as being part of Dark Matter UX.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice.
- Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid out during the next payment cycle, assuming all referred sales are verified and not subject to refund.
Liability and Indemnity
- Dark Matter UX will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages resulting from affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intent of harm to the Program and/or to our website.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dark Matter UX and its employees, directors, and officers from any claims, damages, lawsuits, and expenses arising from your actions or violations of our Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
Amendments
- Dark Matter UX reserves the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice.
- Any modifications will be posted on our website and will only apply to sales made following the date of modification.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the registration form for the Dark Matter UX Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
